RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR INSTALLATION OF SEWER
LIFT STATION TO WALKER BORING COMPANY.
WHEREAS, the City must make certain utility adjustments to pre-
pare for the Holliday Creek drainage project; and,
WHEREAS, the City has advertised for the construction of a
sewer lift station and the installation of a force main and gravity
main sewer line; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the bids received, and
finds that Walker Boring Company is the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS , THAT:
The bid is awarded to Walker Boring Company in the amount of
41 ,298 . 50 , and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract
for the work.
