RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE 1985 CDBG WATER LINE
REPLACEMENT PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE FINAL PAYMENT
TO THE CONTRACTOR
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has a contract with Opex, Inc. ,
for the replacement of certain water lines in CBDG designated areas of the
City;
WHEREAS, the project has been completed, and has been inspected
and found acceptable by the staff; and,
WHEREAS, the contractor has submitted a request for final payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The 1985 CDBG water line replacement project is hereby accepted,
and the City Manager is authorized to make a final payment of $23,629.70
to the contractor.
