RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AWARD OF BID FOR INSTALLATION
OF WATER AND SEWER LINES TO SERVE THE OVERNIGHT
RECREATIONAL VEHICLE PARK.
WHEREAS , the City of Wichita Falls desires to extend water
and sewer lines to serve the recreational vehicle park; and,
WHEREAS , the City has advertised for bids for the work; and,
WHEREAS , the Council has examined the bids received, and finds
that Jalyn Construction is the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of Jalyn Construction, Inc . , in the amount of $9 ,811 .00
for installation of water and sewer lines to the Recreational
Vehicle Park is accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to
execute a contract for the said work .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 1st day of July, 1986 .
