RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR INSTALLATION OF HEATING
AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM AT RIVER ROAD WASTEWATER
TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised for bids for the
installation of a heating and air conditioning system at the administration
building of the River Road Wastewater Treatment Plant;
WHEREAS, five bids for the work were received, and the Council
has considered the five bids; and,
WHEREAS, Ferguson-Veresh, Incorporated, of Wichita Falls, is
considered the lowest, responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid is awarded to Ferguson-Veresh, Incorporated for $12,632.00,
and the City Manager is authorized to sign a contract for execution of the
work.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 1ST DAY OF ULY, 1986.
