RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT 1985 BUDGET UTILITY
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AND TO AUTHORIZE FINAL
PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has a contract with Opex, Inc. ,
of Olney, Texas, for the 1985 Budget Utility Improvement Project;
WHEREAS, the work on the project has been completed, inspected
by the City staff, and found to be acceptable; and,
WHEREAS, the contractor has requested final payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The 1985 Budget Utility Improvement Project is hereby accepted and
the City Manager is authorized to make a final payment to the contractor in
the amount of $30,590.05.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 20TH DAY OF MAY, 1986.
