RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF
BOWLES CONSTRUCTION FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE WATERFALL
PROJECT
WHEREAS, sealed bids for the referenced project were received May
16, 1986; and,
WHEREAS, the bid of Bowles Construction in the amount of $358,983.21
was the lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of Bowles Construction for the Wichita Falls Waterfall is
hereby accepted in the maximum amount of $358,983.21 and the City Manager is
authorized to execute said contract.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 20TH DAY OF MAY, 1986.
