RESOLUTION NO. 69-86
WHEREAS, Resolution 1057 allows for single tracts to connect
to water lines outside the City Limits, and;
WHEREAS, such connections may promote improper development on the
periphery of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1: No connections shall be allowed to water mains which
the City of Wichita Falls has extended outside the city limits.
Section 2: Resolution 1057 is hereby repealed.
