RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE LAKE ARROWHEAD SLOPE
PROTECTION PROJECT AND TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY
MANAGER TO MAKE A FINAL PAYMENT
WHEREAS, the City has a contract with Zack Burkett Company
for the placement of stone riprap on the face of the dam at Lake Arrowhead;
WHEREAS, the work has been completed satisfactorily, and
the same has been inspected by the City staff; and,
WHEREAS, the contractor has submitted a request for final
payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Lake Arrowhead Slope Protection Project is hereby accepted
and the City Manager is authorized to make a final payment of $337, 384.06
to the contractor.
