RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT FOR
PIPELINE CROSSING WITH BURLINGTON NORTHERN
RAILROAD AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE SAME
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas, that certain license agreement, a copy of which has been examined by
the City Council , between Burlington Northern Railroad Company and the City
of Wichita Falls for a sanitary sewer pipeline, is hereby approved, except
for the provision that City will indemnify railroad for damages arising out
of the sole negligence of railroad. After this provision is changed by the
City Attorney, the City Manager is authorized to execute said license agreementYYY99
for the City of Wichita Falls.
