RESOLUTION DECLARING A VACANCY IN AT-LARGE CITY
COUNCIL POSITION.
WHEREAS, Charles Harper, Council member at large, was
elected to serve as Mayor in the April 5 , 1986 election, thereby
leaving a vacancy in the at-large position.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY7HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS , THAT :
There is hereby declared to be a vacancy in the at-large
position of the City Council, same to be filled by the City
Council pursuant to Section 23 of the Charter of the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 8th day of April, 1986 .
