RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDER #1 TO CONTRACT
D, CYPRESS EXPANSION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has a contract with Cajun
Construction and Engineering Company for certain improvements to the
Cypress Street Water Treatment Plant;
WHEREAS, additional work beyond that specified in the contract
is required; and
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a proposed change order #1
for the installation of a 24" bypass line and for additional media for
the four filters in the existing Treatment Plant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order #1 to Contract D, Cypress Expansion Project, is
hereby approved in the amount of $81,615.00, bringing the contract total
including the change order to $3,262,615.00.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 1ST DAY OF APRIL, 198.
