RESOLUTION APPROVING EXECUTION OF CHANGE ORDER
FOR HARRISON STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, has
authorized a contract with Lloyd Taylor and Company for the reconstruction of
Harrison Street; and,
WHEREAS, the construction process has revealed a superior type of
construction to that originally planned; and,
WHEREAS, the City expects to significantly reduce the construction
costs and inconvenience to the public;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Public Works Department is authorized to begin such design changes
and to execute the change order in the referenced contract.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 1ST DAY OF APRIL, 1986.
