RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 FOR
THE HOLLIDAY CREEK EXCAVATION PROJECT PHASE ONE
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and Zack Burkett Company as
contractor, entered into a contract November 19, 1985, wherein said contractor
agreed to construct the Holliday Creek Excavation Project Phase One; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for the hydromulching from Station
260+00-270+00 of Weeks Park to include surrounding areas disturbed during
construction;
WHEREAS, this would be an additional $10,500.00 increasing the latest
contract value of $1 ,662,449.00 to $1 ,672,949.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $10,500.00 would be added for extra
construction is approved and the City Manager is authorized to execute Change
Order No. 2 for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 1ST DAY OF APRIL, 1986.
