RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT CONTRACT C, CYPRESS EXPANSION
PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZE CITY MANAGER TO MAKE FINAL
PAYMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has a contract with R-Tico, Inc. ,
for certain construction work at the Cypress Street Water Treatment Plant;
WHEREAS, the agreed work has been completed, inspected by the staff,
and found to be acceptable; and,
WHEREAS, the contractor has submitted a request for final payment on
the contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Contract C of the Cypress Expansion Project is hereby accepted and the
City Manager is authorized to make a final payment to the contractor in the amount
of $35,689.84.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 1ST DAY OF APRIL, 1986.
