AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
A CONTRACT WITH THE WICHITA FALLS BASE-
BALL ASSOCIATION FOR MAINTENANCE OF
KIWANIS PARK BASEBALL FIELD #4
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has previously contracted with the
Wichita Falls Baseball Association for maintenance of Kiwanis Park Baseball
Field #4; and
WHEREAS, the Wichita Falls Baseball Association has met all of the commit-
ments of such prior contract; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Wichita Falls to
authorize the Wichita Falls Baseball Association to act as its agent in
administering the City Baseball Program and to provide facility maintenance
for the benefit of the citizens of Wichita Falls ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract with the
Wichita Falls Baseball Association for maintenance of Kiwanis Park Baseball
Field #4.
