RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 FOR
CONTRACT C, CYPRESS EXPANSION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has a contract with R-Tico,
Inc. , for certain work as part of the expansion of the Cypress Street Water
Treatment Plant;
WHEREAS, additional work beyond that specified in the plans is
required;
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a proposed Change Order to
accomplish the additional work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order No. 2 for Contract C is approved in the amount of
5,940.00, and the City Manager is authorized to execute the Change Order
for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 18TH DAY OF MARCH, 1986.
