RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT IMPROVEMENTS ON SEWER LIFT
STATION AND TO AUTHORIZE FINAL PAYMENT TO COSTELLO
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered into a contract with
Costello Construction Company in April , 1985, for certain improvements on a
sewer lift station and the installation of a new force main;
WHEREAS, the work contracted has been completed and has been
inspected and found acceptable by the City staff; and,
WHEREAS, the final amount due the contractor on the contract is
18,021 .68.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The work by Costello Construction Company for sewer lift station
improvements and installation of a force main is hereby accepted, and the
City Manager is authorized to make a final payment of $18,021 .68.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 18TH DAY OF MARCH, 1986.
