RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
CONTRACT FOR ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SERVICES
RELATING TO DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF FOUR-FIELD
SOFTBALL COMPLEX IN JAYCEE PARK.
WHEREAS, 6,yvk4tl 4 _,GL. lizCZ C has submitted to
the City a proposal for furishing architectural/engineering
services relating to the design and construction of the four-field
softball complex in Jaycee Park, and the City Council finds that
this proposal should be accepted .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a contract with e72,t_2 > yyiZ6, for the
furnishing of such architectural/engineering services as set out
in their proposal .
