RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH
MAINLINE PRODUCTIONS, INC. , FOR CO-PROMOTION
OF A CONCERT IN MEMORIAL STADIUM.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, on behalf of the Youth
Activities Advisory Council, desires to enter into a contract
with Mainline Productions, Inc. , for co-promotion of a Beach
Boys concert this spring or summer; and,
WHEREAS, it will be necessary to negotiate a contract
for this purpose after a lease agreement for the rental of
Memorial Stadium has been secured.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to negotiate and
execute a contract with Mainline Productions, Inc. , for co-promotion
of a Beach Boys concert.
