RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT OF LEASE AGREEMENT
WITH TOP OF TEXAS PARENTS ' CLUB FOR BMX TRACK AT
KIWANIS PARK.
WHEREAS , the City leased to the Top of Texas Parents ' Club
a tract containing 1 .8 acres in Kiwanis Park by a lease dated
August 1, 1985 , for construction, maintenance and operation of a
BMX track; and,
WHEREAS, the club has changed their construction plans, and
has requested that the tract leased to them be changed and enlarged.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT :
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an amendment
to said lease dated August 1, 1985, to change the area leased to
that shown on the attached plat.
