ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF THOMAS AND
CHAMBERS TO PERFORM A COMPREHENSIVE
EVALUATION OF THE HEATING, VENTILATING,
AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS OF THE
HEALTH DEPARTMENT FACILITY
WHEREAS, the current heating system for the Health Department Facility is in
need of replacement; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City to replace this unit with a more energy
efficient method of providing both heat and steam to this facility;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
THAT:
The proposal of Thomas and Chambers to perform a comprehensive evaluation of
the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems of the Health Department
Facility is accepted. The total cost of such study shall not exceed $5,000.
