RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN PARCELS OF REAL
PROPERTY AS EXCESS AND DIRECTING THE LAND TO
BE SOLD BY SEALED BIDS .
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to reduce the amount of
real property owned by the City when such property is no longer
required for public purposes; and,
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest to now return two
parcels of excess property to private ownership.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT :
The following parcels of real property are declared as
excess, and the City Manager is directed to advertise for sealed
bids for the sale of this property :
Lot 20 , Block 2 , Homewood Addition,
a/k/a 432 Flood Street.
1 .669 acre tract out of Block 4 , Sayles Subdivision
of J . A. Scott Survey 12 , Abst. 296 ,
a/k/a 1113 & 1121 Homes .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 21st day of January, 1986 .
