RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE ENGINEERING SERVICES
CONTRACT FOR TOPOGRAPHIC MAPPING AND RELATED
SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to continue progressive
improvements in its drainage and transportation system; and,
WHEREAS, new topographic information and interpretation is required
for this drainage work; and,
WHEREAS, the City now desires to engage a consulting firm to provide
this topographic design data; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a proposed contract with the firm
of Koogle & Pouls Engineering, Incorporated for the said purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The proposed contract between the City of Wichita Falls and the firm
of Koogle and Pouls Engineering, Incorporated for the acquisition of topographic
information is hereby accepted in the maximum amount of $256,172.71 and the City
Manager is authorized to execute said contract.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 21ST DAY OF JANUARY, 1986.
