RESOLUTION APPROVING EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH MBANK
WICHITA FALLS SOUTHWEST WHEREBY SUCH BANK SHALL ACT AS
A PARTICIPATING DEPOSITORY FOR CITY FUNDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a
contract with MBank Wichita Falls Southwest , whereby such
bank shall act as a participating depository for City funds
ending September 30, 1987. As such participating
depository, said bank may bid for investment of City funds
along with the other participating depositories.
