RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER #1 FOR THE
HOLLIDAY CREEK EXCAVATION PROJECT PHASE ONE
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and Zack Burkett Company as
contractor, entered into a contract November 19, 1985, wherein said contractor
agreed to construct the Holliday Creek Excavation Project Phase One; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order #1 for the construction of a pilot channel from
stheeastpropertylineoftheCountryClubtoWeeksParkTennis Center, a distance
of approximately 8,110 feet and,
WHEREAS, this would be an additional $161 ,389.00 increasing the original
contract value of $1 ,501 ,060.00 to $1 ,662.449.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order #1 in the amount of $161 ,389.00 would be added for extra
construction is approved and the City Manager is authorized to execute Change
Order #1 for the City of Wichita Falls.
