AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION (106.3) OF
ORDINANCE NO. 2733, THE PLUMBING CODE, TO
CHANGE THE SCHEDULE OF PERMIT FEES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS,
THAT:
Subsection (106.3) , Schedule of Permit Fees , is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"(106.3) Schedule of permit fees.
(a) PERMIT FEES:
Water closets $1 .65
Bath tubs 1 .65
Lavatories 1 .65
Kitchen sinks 1 .65
Pantry sinks 1 .65
Service sinks 1 .65
Urinals 1 .65
Showers 1 .65
Sand traps 1 .65
Grease traps 5.00
Condensate drain 1 .65
Water heaters 1 .65
Floor drains 1 .65
Disposals 1 .65

Fire sprinkler system 75.00
First value seventy-five dollars ($75.00) and
twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each additional
valve. Twenty-five cents ($.25) per sprinkler
head will be paid for when 200 heads or more are
to be installed.
Inspections at Lake Arrowhead and Lake Kickapoo Double
Permit Fees Within City
Minimum permit fee 10.00
The minimum fee charged for a single inspection
at one location will be ten dollars ($10.00) .
Excavation 10.00
A fee of ten dollars ($10.00) will be paid for
an opening in any street, alley, sidewalk, or
other public place."

The fact that these amounts will be due and that it is essential for the
immediate use of the City of Wichita Falls creates an emergency, therefore this
ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
