ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 12-9 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS ,
TEXAS , THAT:
SECTION 1 . Section 12-9 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Wichita Falls is hereby amended by the addition thereto of Sub-
sections (b) and (c) , to read as follows:
(b) Notwithstanding the provisions of Subsection (a) of this
section, effective January 1, 1984 , fees for issuance and
service of warrants of arrest shall be $15. 00, except
for parking violations, which shall remain $7 . 50 .
(c) If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or provision
of this ordinance be held invalid, the remainder of this
ordinance shall not be affected by such invalidity.
