ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7-15 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES ADDING PROVISION FOR REINSPECTION
FEES AND INSPECTION FEES OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS , TEXAS , THAT:
Paragraph three (3) , Subsection (B) of Section 7-15 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Wichita Falls, is hereby amended
by adding (VIII) and (IX) to read as follows:
" (VIII) A fee of ten dollars ($10 .00) for reinspection will
be required if the job fails to pass inspection or
is not ready for inspection when called.
(IX) Permit Fees Outside City Limits : The standard
building permit fees shall be doubled outside the
City limits of the City of Wichita Falls. "
The fact that these amounts will be due and that it is essential
for the immediate use of the City of Wichita Falls creates an
emergency, therefore this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
