AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF ROSEBARK LANE TO
NOTTINGHILL LANE WITHIN THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS
AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PORTIONS THEREOF IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH
WHEREAS, the Planning Board of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, has
recommended that the City Council change the name of Rosebark Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls deems it advisable
and in the public interest that such name change be made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS THAT:
SECTION 1. The name of the street that is south of Kell Boulevard and
just west of Prince Edward Drive in Fountain Park Addition, presently known as
Rosebark Lane, be, and is hereby changed to Nottinghill Lane.
SECTION 2. All ordinances, or portions thereof, in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
