RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ARCHITECTURAL WORK ON
THE W.I .C. ADDITION TO THE PUBLIC HEALTH
DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, on February 17,
1987, authorized a contract for architectural plans and
inspection/supervision of the W.I .C. addition to the health
district; and,
WHEREAS, total architectural fees were not to exceed
14, 200. 00, of which $710. 00 has not been paid; and,
WHEREAS, final inspection was completed and accepted
November 10, 1987; and,
WHEREAS, final payment of $710. 00 should be made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Architectural services on the W.I .C. addition in the amount
of $710. 00 be paid as final payment.
