RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR IMPROVEMENTS
TO SEWAGE PUMP STATION #25
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for
the installation of pumps, motors, and motor controls and certain other work
at Sewage Lift Station 25, which bids were to be made on a lump sum basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Rhode Pipe
Company, Lubbock, Texas, who bid a lump sum price of $53,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such lump sum bid of Rhode Pipe Company with a total price of $53,000.00
is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contr. t for
the City with the said contractor for the constructi, o; such project.
