RESOLUTION APPROVING THIRD AMENDMENTS TO RENTAL
CAR LEASES AT MUNICIPAL AIRPORT WITH METRO RENTAL,
INC. , WILLIAM HURLEY AND ROBERT MOORE, AND FIRST
AMENDMENT TO RENTAL CAR LEASE WITH RALPH MORGAN.

WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has rental car leases at
Municipal Airport with Metro Rental, Inc. , William Hurley, Robert
Moore, and Morgan Leasing, which leases are expiring; and,
WHEREAS, the City and said lessees desire to extend the
terms of such leases to December 31, 1988, for the same rental
and other provisions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The third amendments to the contracts with Metro Rental,
Inc. , William Hurley and Robert Moore, and the first amendment to
the lease with Morgan Leasing, copies of which are attached
hereto, are hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized
to execute the same for the City.

THIRD AMENDMENT TO RENTAL CAR LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH METRO RENTAL, INC.
This Agreement made and entered into this the 4th day of December, 1987, by
and between the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, hereinafter called City, and Metro
Rental, Inc., a Texas Corporation, hereinafter called Lessee,
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the City and Lessee entered into a rental car lease agreement dated
August 15, 1982, and the parties hereto desire to make a Third Amendment to said
lease agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows:
Said lease agreement dated August 16, 1982, is hereby amended by extending the
term of said lease, as set out in Article II thereof, to terminate on the 31st day of Dec-
ember, 1988.
This instrument is executed by the parties as of the day and year set out above.

THIRD AMENDMENT TO RENTAL CAR LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH WILLIAM HURLEY
This agreement made and entered into this the 4th day of December, 1987,
by and between the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, hereinafter called City, and
William Hurley (National Licensee), hereinafter called Lessee,
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the City and Lessee entered into a rental car lease agreement dated
July 1, 1978, and the parties hereto desire to make a Third Amendment to said lease
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows:
Said lease agreement dated July 1, 1978, is hereby amended by extending the
term of said lease, as set out in Article II thereof, to terminate on the 31st day of
December, 1988.
This instrument is executed by the parties as of the day and year set out above.

This agreement made and entered into this the 4th day of December, 1987,
by and between the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, hereinafter called City, and Robert
E. Moore (Hertz licensee), hereinafter called Lessee,
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the City and Lessee entered into a rental car lease agreement dated
July 1, 1978, and the parties hereto desire to make a Third Amendment to said lease
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows:
Said lease agreement dated July 1, 1978, is hereby amended by extending the term
of said lease, as set out in Article II thereof, to terminate on the 31st day of December,
1988.
This instrument is executed by the parties as of the day and year set out above.

FIRST AMENDMENT TO RENTAL CAR LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH MORGAN LEASING
This Agreement made and entered into this the 4th day of December 1987, by
and between the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, herein after called City, and Ralph
Morgan, DBA Morgan Leasing, herein after called Lessee,
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the City and Lessee entered into a rental car lease agreement dated
April 8, 1987, and the parties hereto desire to make a First Amendment to said lease
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows;
Said lease agreement dated April 8, 1987, is hereby amended by extending the term
of said lease, as set forth in Article II thereof, to terminate on the 31st day of December
1988.
