RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE
LUCY PARK RIVER TRAIL FROM THE FALLS TO SUNSET
DRIVE
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls had advertised for bids for the
construction of the Lucy Park River Trail;
WHEREAS, seven bids were received and it was found that the bid of
Taylor and Company of Wichita Falls, Texas in the amount of $80,037.45
is the lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said bid of Taylor & Company in the amount of $80,037.45 is hereby
accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with
Taylor and Company for the Lucy Park River Trail 'roject.
