AWARD OF BID FOR THE HARDING STREET
BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, has advertised for
bids for the construction of the Harding Street Bridge which bids were
made on the unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Zack
Burkett Company of Graham, Texas, who bid unit prices with an estimated total
of $677,069.17.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Zack Burkett Company with an estimated total
of $677,069.17 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized to execute
a contract with said contractor for the referenced project.
PASSED AND APPROVED ON THIS THE 3RD DAY ' - NOVEMBER, 1987.
