RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF B. D. HAYNES CONSTRUCTION
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE LANDFILL SOIL LINER
PROJECT III
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for
the construction of the Landfill Soil Liner Project III, which bids were
to be made on a unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
B. D. Haynes Construction, who bid unit prices with an estimated total of
238,100.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of B. D. Haynes Construction with an esti-
mated total of $238,100.00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said contractor for
the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 6TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1987.
