RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES FOR POLICE IN-
SERVICE TRAINING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Whenever participants from outside agencies attend in-
service training for Wichita Falls Police Department personnel,
such outside agencies shall be charged a fee for each of its
participants based on the following rules:
Basic fee for course not
exceeding 8 hours duration 10. 00
Additional course fee 10.00 for each
day exceeding one
Printing/reproduction of course
material 5. 00 for each 10
pages exceeding
10, or part
thereof
Instructor fee for outside
instructors 10. 00 minimum for
each paid
instructor; any
cost not covered
by this minimum
would be appor-
tioned among the
participants
Course sensitivity (material that
cannot be obtained without
a substantial investment in
travel and enrollment fees) 50. 01
