RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AWARD OF BIDS
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF VARIOUS PORTIONS
OF THE SOFTBALL COMPLEX
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, acting through the
firm of Conrad Staley and Associates has advertised for bids on
certain contracts for construction of portions of the softball
complex; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a summary of the bids for
each contract and has determined the lowest responsible bidder in
each case.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bids of the following companies are accepted for the
contracts indicated and as specified by the bid documents, and
the City Manager is authorised to execute contracts for said
projects:
