RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDER 2 TO CONTRACT
WITH HYDROSTORAGE, INC. FOR CONSTRUCTION OF 1 .0
MG ELEVATED WATER TANK
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has a contract with Hydrostorage,
Inc. for construction of a 1 .0 MG elevated water storage tank on US 287 Expressway;
WHEREAS, the contract included the painting of a single city logo on the
tank exterior;
WHEREAS, the city desires to change the design of the original logo and
to apply two logos rather than one; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a proposed change order to the contract
for this purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order 2 to the contract with Hydrostorage, Inc. in the amount
of $6,950.00 is hereby approved, increasing the total contract cost to $681 ,900.00.
The City Manager is authorized to execute the change order.
