AWARD OF BID FOR THE 1987 BUDGET OVERLAY
PROJECT (87-7)
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls had advertised for bids for the
construction of the 1987 Budget Overlay Project (87-7);
WHEREAS, two bids were received, and it is found that the bid of
R-Tico, Inc. of Wichita Falls, Texas, in the amount of $106,638.38 is the
lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said Bid of R-Tico, Inc. in the amount of $106,638.38 is hereby
accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with R-Tico,
Inc. for the 1987 Budget Overlay Project (87-7).
