RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR THE 1987 BUDGET SEAL
COAT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls had advertised for bids on the 1987
Budget Seal Coat Project; and,
WHEREAS, two bids were received, and it is found that the bid of CYS
Company, Inc., of 9676 Timberleaf, Dallas, Texas 75243, in the amount of
89,112.68 is the lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said bid of CYS Company, Inc., in the amount of $89,112.68 is hereby
accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with
CYS Company, Inc., for the construction of such slurry seal.
