RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL FOR THE TEMPORARY
SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT OUR LADY OF
GUADALUPE CHURCH AT 606 HOMES, FOR THE SEPTEMBER
FIESTA CELEBRATION ON SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 1987.
WHEREAS, the September Fiesta celebration sponsored by Our
Lady of Guadalupe Church is scheduled for Saturday, September 12,
1987; and,
WHEREAS, the sponsors of this event request approval by the
City Council for the temporary sale of beer at this location
during the celebration; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds the circumstances involved
in this request are exceptional and that such approval should be
granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Approval is hereby given for the temporary sale of alcoholic
beverages on Our Lady of Guadalupe Church grounds at 606 Homes on
Saturday, September 12, 1987, from noon to 11: 00 o'clock p.m. ,
for the September Fiesta celebration.
