RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHARGING OF A FEE OF $10.00 PER
HOUR FOR TAX RESEARCH WORK.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls deems it appropriate to
charge for services rendered in the research and history of ad
valorem taxes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City of Wichita Falls Tax Department will establish a
fee of $10.00 per hour to recoup costs of personnel and supplies
used in tax record research work effective September 1 , 1987.
The minimum fee would be $10.00.
