AUTHORIZING THE DEPOSIT OF FEES
RECEIVED FROM THE WICHITA BEND
R. V. PARK TO THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, all revenues currently received from the Wichita Bend
R. V. Park are currently earmarked within the City' s Special Revenue
Fund for improvements to this facility; and
WHEREAS, improvements which have already been made or which can
be made from the Special Revenue Funds will complete the major
improvements required for this facility; and
WHEREAS, the operating expenses associated with this facility are
currently born by the General Fund and thus provide a taxpayer
supported subsidy to this facility;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Effective October 1, 1987, all revenues received from fees
associated with the Wichita Bend Recreational Vehicle Park shall be
deposited to the General Fund. All fees collected prior to October 1,
1987 shall remain in the special revenue fund and be used for
additional improvements to the facility.
