RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING AN INSTITUTION AS A PARTICIPATING
BANK FOR CITY ' S DEPOSITS, AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A
DEPOSITORY CONTRACT WITH SUCH BANK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS THAT:
WHEREAS, heretofore the City published a notice that it
would receive applications for the custody of City funds, as
managing depository and/or participating depository.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS THAT:
The City hereby recognizes Parker Square Bank as a
participating bank for the City deposits in accordance with
Vernon ' s Article 842A-1 ( 1-11 ) , and authorizes the City Manager to
execute a depository contract with such bank for deposits made in
accordance herein.
