RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
WITH HBW ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR
LIBRARY CONSULTING SERVICES
WHEREAS, on May 19, 1987, the City Council passed Resolution
88-87 authorizing the City Manager to request proposals for library
consulting services to evaluate what type of library system the City
of Wichita Falls should have; and
WHEREAS, four proposals were received in response to the Request
for Proposals; and
WHEREAS, HBW Associates, Inc. was determined to be the best
qualified to perform the library consulting services requested.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a contract
with HBW Associates, Inc. for library consulting servic-s.
