RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF MANUFACTURED
SAND
WHEREAS, the Parks Department needs approximately 720 cubic yards of
manufactured sand; and,
WHEREAS, City Concrete Company, etc. of 1204 28th Street, Wichita
Falls, Texas, has offered a suitable material at a price of $9.25 per cubic
yard of loose volume; and,
WHEREAS, this price includes delivery;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to purchase approximately 720
cubic yards of the manufactured sand from City Concrete Company, etc. at
a price of $9.25 per cubic yard delivered.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 1ST DAY OF SrA EMBER, 1987.
