RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EASEMENT AND AGREEMENT
WITH TEXAS ELECTRIC SERVICE COMPANY AND AUTHOR-
IZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID EASEMENT
AND AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls is constructing a Softball Complex
on Sheppard Access Road which will require electric service; and,
WHEREAS, relocating the service point is beneficial to the City, however,
Texas Electric Service Company requires an easement on City property to provide
electrical service to the proposed service point.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The attached easement and agreement is approved and the City Manager
is authorized and directed to execute the easement and agreement as set out
above.
