RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF BLACK DIRT
WHEREAS, the Parks Department needs approximately 1500 cubic yards
of black dirt; and,
WHEREAS, the Stuckey Construction Company, Inc. , of 2700 Jacksboro
Highway, Wichita Falls, Texas, has offered a suitable material at a price of
4.50 per cubic yard of loose volume; and,
WHEREAS, this price includes delivery;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to purchase approximately
1500 cubic yards of the black dirt from the Stuckey Construction Company, etc.
at a price of $4.50 per cubic yard delivered.
