RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE A LETTER OF INTENT GRANTING
AMERICAN SIGN AND INDICATOR CORPORATION
THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO SEEK SPONSORS TO
PURCHASE AN ELECTRONIC MESSAGE CENTER AND
SCOREBOARDS SYSTEM AT THE SOFTBALL COMPLEX
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to have an electronic message
center and scoreboards system at the Softball Complex; and
WHEREAS, American Sign and Indicator has agreed to seek sponsors
for an electronic message center and scoreboards system at the
Softball Complex; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls shall retain the right to
approve or reject any sponsor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a letter of
intent granting American Sign and Indicator Corporation the exclusive
right for a ninety-day period to seek appropriate spo ors to purchase
an electronic message center and scoreboards system f.r the Softball
Complex.
