RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF FRONTIER FENCE
FOR OF CHAIN LINK FENCES AND BACKSTOPS FOR
FOUR-FIELD SOFTBALL COMPLEX (CSA PROJECT NO.
86042) .
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for
bids for the chain link fencing, backstops and mow edges on
the four-field softball complex; and,
WHEREAS, one bid was received, and it is determined
that such bid from Frontier Fence of Brownwood, Texas, in
the amount of $72,900. 00 is a responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of Frontier Fence in the amount of $72,900.00
for the chain link fences, backstops and mow edges for the
four-field softball complex is hereby accepted, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract with Fronti--
Fence for this project.
